Dr. David Mull, a native of MaltaBend, Missouri, attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he received his Bachelor of Arts and his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Mull completed his residency training in general surgery at Louisiana State University Medical Center, as well as a residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Louisville Medical Center, and cardiovascular and thoracic surgery residency and transplant fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Mull is a diplomate of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Prior to joining Cardiovascular Associates, Dr. Mull served as an Assistant Professor and Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of South Alabama Department of Surgery.
